“Pak. Pengajuan KPR bapak di setujui .. nanti kalo pihak developer mengharuskan ada surat persetujuan .. nanti kita keluarkan ..”
Itulah sepenggal kalimat di ujung telpon, hmm lega juga karena lumayan lama kabar ini saya tunggu-tunggu. Alhamdulillah pengajuan KPR saya di setujui oleh Bank tanpa ada perubahan di plafond kredit jadi tidak membuat kacau planning yang sudah di rencanakan secara matang.
How Do You Feel when the seller enforce you to buy something which you don’t need it, in fact you don’t like it ?
For example you need a cup (and you used for drinking a tea) , but there’s no company out there who sold a cup which you like (just a cup), but you have to buy a cup which you like including coffee (and the company is not a company who produced a coffee, it’s company who produced just a cup), and you don’t like drinking coffee, in fact you have an allergy to a coffee. And the worst is you have to pay for the coffee and the cost of the coffee is not cheap.
